Hillview Holiday Cottage

The cost of letting the cottage per week is detailed below. Rental periods are from Friday to Friday. The following prices are for 2008/09. They include all gas and electricity, bed-linen and towels.

The cottage can be rented for short breaks outwith the peak holiday periods. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

Summary of Terms
Bookings are confirmed on receipt of deposit (25% of rental cost). The remaining balance of rental cost must be received at least six weeks prior to date of arrival. Full terms and conditions are available on request. In the event of cancellation, the 25% deposit is non-refundable.

We recommend residents take out holiday travel/cancellation insurance for the period of their holiday.

Credit card payments can be accepted via Paypal, a safe internet banking facility.

Pets
We regret that pets are not allowed.

We would advise that smoking is prohibited in the cottage.
